Terhi has more than 25+ years of expertise in Executive Search and HR, leadership & career development, coaching and most recently as an entrepreneur. After a 15-year international HR career, Terhi decided to come back to her “first love”, executive search, with a mission to change the industry to become more diverse and agile.

During her career, she has worked in executive search, investment banking and two software startups. Her past employers include Heidrick & Struggles, CRF Health, ABN Amro/Alfred Berg, Nokia, Jolla, Transearch International and Pointer Search.

Terhi lived in Italy, Scotland, Belgium and Sweden.

She speaks Finnish, English, Swedish & Italian.

She holds a BBA in Economics from Helsinki University of Applied Sciences.
